EVSC is updating how you log in to Canva.

Beginning April 15 at 4:00 PM, Canva will be accessed through the Clever website.

This change improves account security and allows EVSC to manage Canva access for all students and staff.

Do You Need to Take Action?

You only need to follow the steps below if you previously created Canva designs in another Canva account other than first.last@stu.evsck12.com.  So if you only have used Canva with your first.last@stu.evsck12.com, you should not have to do anything.

NOTE: If you previously created Canva designs with first.last@evsck12.com, you will also need to follow the directions below.

If ALL of your designs are already in your EVSC Canva account, no action is required.

What You Need to Do (If You Have Designs in Another Account)

After April 15 at 4:00 PM, copy your designs into your EVSC Canva account.

Steps:

  1. Log in to Canva with your EVSC account
  2. Click your profile icon
  3. Open Settings
  4. Select Copy your content
  5. Follow the prompts to copy designs from another account

The process takes about one minute.

Important Things to Know

  • Only designs you created or own will copy
  • This process creates copies of your designs
  • You may need to reshare designs with collaborators
  • You must be able to access the email of the account you’re copying from

Canva will be accessed through Clever.
