How to Access a Survey in the PowerSchool Student Portal

1). Go to https://evsc.powerschool.com.

2). Click the Student Sign in button.

3). Sign in to your EVSC Google account.

4). Click Forms in the left sidebar menu.

5). Click the General Forms tab.

6). Find and click the survey’s name.
