SENIORS: Keep Your Canva Designs After Graduation

Graduating seniors: if you have created designs in Canva using your EVSC account, take time before graduation to save the work you want to keep.

After you leave EVSC, your EVSC email and school Canva access will end. That means you may not be able to open shared links, receive Canva verification emails, or retrieve files from your school Canva account later.

The most important step is to copy editable designs to a personal Canva account using a personal email address. Downloading PDFs, images, videos, or ZIP files is also helpful, but those are finished copies or archives — not editable Canva designs.
